This place is a complete rip off! We called this shop to find out if they could replace an alternator belt that one of our truck had spun off and they said, "Come on in, we will fix you right up." So we are thinking that we've found a decent shop that wasn't out to completely rip off a trucking company. My driver arrives and sits for over an hour before he has to ask them what the status would be on fixing his truck. Turns out, they guy there didn't know how to put on an alternator belt and had to wait for a roadside guy to show up to show him the proper way to install this belt! He told my driver that it was going to take 6 1/2 hours to get his truck fixed and spewed off a list of things a mile long that needed to be fixed before his truck would be back up and running. The driver insisted that they ONLY replace the alternator belt and that was all that was needed to be fixed! Needless to say, after 2 1/2 hours and $194.27 later, for a $10 belt, he was back on the road without ANY of the others things fixed that they had originally said!
Fast service. We pulled in with a low tire on our way home from vacation. We decided not to fix our tire due to a large hole and they put on our spare and had us back on the road in a 1/2 hour for less than $25.
Very nice staff who worked to figure out the problem and then resolve it in the cheapest way. I'd say they're very trustworthy as far as a repair shop goes.
Family owned business great staff they have been in business since 1971. They fixed my truck the power steering went out did a great job. I give them a 5 star rating
I called for a tow and a woman said after talking to a few people that someone would be right over. We waited about an hour at the car and luckily had a second car that we drove there. I then called back 4 times with no answer. When we arrived the only woman there said she had no recollection of the conversation but found someone to come and tow the car. The man who towed our car was extremely helpful and I would recommend this place only for the service he provided but not the office staff.
